Cry of the Night

As my hands stretched stockpiling the energy for the adventure, I bumped into my second teacher who teaches me how to communicate, Lily the owl. "Hello" I said totally out of my mind. "Hello" She bellowed waking the squirrels who were sleeping in their shed. They shared us a glance. I squeezed my eyelid down representing a sorry. They left. "What are you into" This time as a murmur. "nothing" i nervously replied to her question. She glanced at me in a way saying that she doesn't believe me. "The moon is shining bright" i said wishing to escape from her. "so" she again asked. "To howl" i said not knowing what to say. She widen her eyes and gave me a slap with her grey feathers although it very nice. "Don't joke" She flew away, saying her last words before leaving. I was confused, Totally. The wolfs are to howl in the night not to be silent, that's why we have this low pitch voice. We are the main voice of night. The squirrels were looking at me in a way that made me feel strange. I escaped from the Chills. Chills is a region of the Pica Da Neblina where the squirrels live. Next was Runt where the owls are used to live. I walked very silently not to be catch by their cunning eyes. It was sure they would catch me and stops me but i was trying my best. With no surprise, Seashell, my owl friend caught. "To where" She shortened. "Too howl" I said. "Don't fool me as you fooled Lily miss" she said. "How did you know" I asked having 2 questions. "Look, you know, Lily miss told me that now you have started to lie" She said answering my one question. "But how did you both know i was lying" I asked. "Look brother, We are not that bad in wolf's thing" She said. "What thing" I asked totally astonished. She flew away not answering my question as it was dark secret that the whole Pica Da Neblina knows expect for me. After few meetings with the owls, i finally stepped into Garnet, where the wolfs of my species lives. "Bro" One voice shocked me. It was Lucknow, My friend. "Bro, Seashell told me everything, Why are you lying to her" He questioned. I knew as we 3 were best friends, it would reach his ears and Lily miss was Seashell's mother. "Guys, please say what is the secret" I asked very curious. "what secret" He asked. "Why are wolf's not howling today" I came up with the question that raved me for the last 30 minutes. His eyes widen just like what happen to Lily miss and Seashell but for different reason. "Lucknow" His father called him. "I will tell that tomorrow" His father said as his father dragged him to his house.
