When ever someone gives us the task to think and do something we will unconsiously avoid it, or atleast we try, that's becasue of how our brain is programmed. We can think of our brains made up of 2 parts, let's name one AI and the other one human, well when ever we get a task to do something new, for example making tea, it's the human who starts analysing and starts familiarising how to do it, and once we know how to do it, the task is given to AI, who will take out the memory of making tea from my brains storage and use it here, this is what is known as what many musicials or professional fighters referre to as "muscle memory", ofcourse, the memory is not stored in our muscles, but ofcourse in our brain. Togther they funtion, but here is the problem, human is lazy, he does not want to work much, but when you force him or make him come across the same thing agian and again many times, he will slowly, slowly analize small small portions at a time, then he will send the task to AI, who will do it automatically.

1. Promoting a scientific approach to problem-solving: This could involve encouraging people to think critically about challenges, even challenges on how to think, and then make them face and apply scientific methods to find solutions. The emphasis might be on developing analytical skills, conducting research, and testing hypotheses in order to make informed decisions and achieve desired outcomes.
Ultimately, the purpose of the topic "science of doing things" is to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and practical application. It aims to help people understand how scientific principles can be used to improve their lives, make better decisions, and achieve their goals and think on how to solve problems in a more efficient way.
