In this theory, we view this universe as a big elastic fiber. When we drop a heavy metal ball-- let's say it weight's 10kg, it will create a pocket in the elastic fiber, and when ever something with less weight than the metal ball comes in contact with the pocket the metal ball created, the less weight ball will get pulled towards the metal ball--- This is how the relativity theory talks about gravity, just think of the metal ball as earth, and the less weight ball as humans, the more heavy or the more mass a planet has, the stronger pocket it will create and the bigger the pocket, bigger the force.

The elastic fiber is made up of 2 things, space and time.

Also: When i said the planet creating a pocket and making other objects get attracted towards it, does not simply mean getting attracted fdrom the top only, it means it is bending it from every side, and an object from any side will get attracted towards the planet.
