Transport policies: Transport policy deals with developing a set of constructs and propositions that are established to achieve specific objectives relating to social, economic, and environmental conditions, and the functioning and performance of the transport system.
Development of new resources: Resource development refers to the development that take place without damaging the environment. The development in the present should not destroy the ability of the future generations to meet their needs.
