i learned that - Vasoconstriction is the narrowing of blood vessels due to the contraction of the muscular walls of the arteries and arterioles. This reduces blood flow and increases blood pressure. It can occur naturally in response to cold temperatures, stress, or certain hormones (like adrenaline), and it helps regulate body temperature and blood circulation. It can also be induced by medications to treat conditions like low blood pressure or bleeding.

its a process of widening the blood vessels , which increases blood flow and lowers blood pressure

its a normal process in body , that happens due to exercising , food drink and medication .
