Chapter- Thermal energy
If put simply, we will learn about the thermal energy stored in a material when you heat it up, before it reaches it's melting point, if you stop heating there will be a lot of energy in the material, it varies according to the materials melting point, and this energy is it's thermal capacity.
What is thermal capacity?
Thermal capacity, also known as heat capacity, is a physical property of matter that tells you how much heat energy it takes to raise its temperature by a specific amount. In simpler terms, it's a measure of how "resistant" a material is to temperature changes.

Types of thermal capacity
Factors affecting thermal capacity
Applications of thermal capacity
How much amount of heat required to raise 1 degree celcius to unit mass of substance? express in SI and CGS system.
What is latent heat?
