Which is more denser 1-kg of feathers or 1-kg of lead ?
both have the same density .
Density =Mass/volume.
The SI unit of density is =KG/M3 or G/CM3.
Mass/unit volume EG: water-1.0g/CM3 ,ice-0.92g/CM3,gold-19.3g/CM3,alumium-2.7g/CM3
So Lead is more denser than air in g/cm3 because the particles in air are spread and fair apart from each other, but lead is a solid and it's particles are packed closely together and each particles has more mass than a particle of air .
